In October 2023, a new Alexela Täkupoiss service station was opened in Estonia with the goal of providing a top quality charging solution for both electric heavy-duty vehicles and passenger cars. The new service station is located in a key area, making charging efficiency a top priority to ensure that customers can continue their journey quickly and smoothly.
Alexela required a charging solution that could meet the needs of both electric passenger cars and heavy-duty vehicles. The charging station needed to be highly efficient, reliable, and capable of enabling seamless on-site payments. Additionally, the design of the charging solution had to enhance Alexela’s brand visibility and fit within the busy service station environment.

InterControl supplied Alexela’s Estonian service station with a efficient high-power charger, the Hypercharger with a maximum charging capacity of 400 kW, which was introduced at the station’s grand opening in October 2023. The Hypercharger delivers an exceptionally fast and efficient charging experience, meeting the demands of both passenger cars and heavy-duty electric vehicles. This advanced high-power charger allows simultaneous charging for two vehicles, each at up to 200 kW, reducing waiting times and enhancing user satisfaction.
The Hypercharger features dynamic load management, ensuring optimal energy distribution. Additionally, its cable management system enhances user convenience and extends cable lifespan. The charging station is equipped with a payment terminal for easy card payments, and its modern design supports Alexela’s brand identity.
